To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with all tags attached, and in the same condition as when you received it. (Personalized items and sale items are neither exchangeable nor refundable.)
Exchanges
We will only replace an item if it is defective, damaged, or if there is an error in the customization. If you wish to exchange it for the same item in this case, please send us an email via the contact form and attach photos of the item. The item’s tags must be attached and visible in the photos. We do not exchange personalized or sale items if the size is not correct. That is why we ask customers to carefully check the desired size in the “size guide” before placing an order.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract without giving any reason within 24 hours of placing your order, provided the order total is less than 100 euros. Orders totaling more than 100 euros cannot be canceled.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by filling out the contact form on our website, kickoff-store.com, and providing a clear and unambiguous statement.
To ensure that the withdrawal period is met, you simply need to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Shrinkage effects
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of where applicable, a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us) without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 24 hours from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will issue the refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree to a different method; in any case, this refund will not incur any charges for you. We may delay the refund until we have received the item or until you have provided proof of shipment of the item, whichever occurs first.
You must return the item to us (the address of the pickup location will be provided to you by email when you request a return) without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days after you have notified us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. This deadline is deemed to have been met if you return the item before the fourteen-day period expires. If the return is not due to a product defect, you will be responsible for the direct costs of returning the item. The cost of returning a package is approximately 4 euros.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return the item. However, if the item is defective or faulty, we will fully reimburse you for the shipping costs.
If you are shipping an item worth more than €75, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you are returning to us.
