Eligibility Requirements

To be accepted, your item must be unworn, with all tags attached, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Exchanges

We will replace an item only if it is defective, damaged, or if we made a mistake with the personalization.

To request an exchange, please contact us using the contact form and attach photos of the item. The tags must be visible in the photos.

⚠️ We do not accept returns on personalized or sale items if the size is not right. Please check the size guide before placing your order.

Right of withdrawal

You may cancel your order without giving a reason within 24 hours of placing it, provided the total amount is less than 100 €.

Commande < 100 € : annulation possible dans les 24h.
Commande ≥ 100 € : annulation non possible.

To exercise this right, please notify us of your decision via the contact form on kickoff-store.com with a clear and unambiguous statement.

Refund

If your cancellation request is accepted, we will refund the full amount of the payments received, including shipping costs, within 24 hours of receiving your notice.

The refund will be issued through the same payment method used when placing the order, at no additional cost to you.

Important: We may delay the refund until we receive the returned item or until you provide proof of shipment.
⏱️ You have 14 days to return the item after notifying us of your decision.

Prepare your package: the item must be unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging if possible.

Please ship the package at your own expense within 14 days. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective (in which case you will be fully reimbursed for the shipping costs).

Refunds will be issued within 24 hours after we receive and verify your return.
📦 For any return of an item valued at more than €75, we recommend that you use a tracked shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of an untracked package.
