We process orders within 24 business hours, and subject to availability, your order will be shipped within 72 hours. Our packages usually arrive within 10 business days; the longest delivery time is 15 business days.

We ship throughout Europe, to the U.S., Canada, Australia, and to certain countries in Africa and Asia.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated email with a tracking link every Sunday (for orders placed at least 3 days in advance).

For France, deliveries are made by La Poste or Colis Privé. If you are not home when the mail carrier arrives, your package will be placed directly in your mailbox, or a delivery notice will be left for you.

For Belgium and Luxembourg, delivery is handled by DHL.

For Switzerland, delivery is handled by Swiss Post

We apologize if your order is delayed. International shipping can sometimes take longer due to customs clearance procedures.

The total delivery time will never exceed 4 weeks. If you have trouble tracking your package, please feel free to contact customer service via email using the contact form on the website.

You may return your package to us within 14 days, provided it has not been worn or customized. We will offer you either a refund or an exchange once you have returned your order to us.

Products eligible for reimbursement must meet the following criteria: 

  • The item must not be flock-printed or personalized
  • The item must be returned in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact
  • Items on sale

You can pay online by credit card: we accept CB, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Bancontact, prepaid cards (CB, Mastercard, Visa), and American Express.
